This book is about a normal boy named Tom Gates. It includes stories about his life and this likes and dislikes. I believe this story is aimed for 9-10 year old readers because of how it is written, it’s funny and also pretty enjoyable. Not only does this book circle around Tom, but it also gives an idea of Tom Gates family and friends.

Blurb- Working hard on my school project, I’ve found out all kinds of interesting facts i wasn’t expecting to. Stuff like : Mum and Dad got together because of cake (full story inside). Cats sleep for 70% of their lives. Peppermint ice cream is just wrong ( TRUE).

I would recommend it if you are looking for an enjoyable book which is funny and is based on someones life.
