“Don’t be afraid! I won’t hurt you, children,” she said. “My name is Marilla. Yes, I am a witch but I am not a mean witch!”. “Every time I get outside my house kids like you two start shouting and screaming. I’ve been trapped in this house for years because of that!” “Really!”, we didn’t know what to expect from a witch. “Yes, of course! I wouldn’t lie about that” said the witch, I mean Marilla. “For more than centuries, I have been trying to create some sort of potion that could possibly change the way my face looks so that people like me, more…” said Marilla. I and May totally disagreed with Marilla.
“I think that you don’t have to change the way you look to make people like you, you just need to show that you are a good person on the inside”. “Yeah, I think you’re right Max. I have an idea”. “Max, go get the loudspeaker room Dad’s office, it’s under the table where my old toys are,” said May. “Okay,” I said. So I ran home and got the loudspeaker. “Alright, listen up everyone,” May said in the loudspeaker. Everyone started gathering up in front of Marilla’s house. ” Have anyone of you guys ever knocked on this door?”. “No!” everyone shouted. ” Marilla, come out, please” Everone started screaming and shouting as they saw Marilla coming out of her house May handed the speaker to Marilla.
Everyone is the same on the inside
” Hello, my name is Marilla. I won’t hurt you!”. Everyone was completely shocked and terrified. As Marilla started to talk more about herself I noticed that everyone was getting less scared. Marilla was being so nice that she even-handed out sweets and candies to everyone. It was shocking to see everyone feeling normal with a witch… Marilla was feeling more confident and started to ask if she could be friends with the townspeople and they all said yes! Marilla was sooo happy I can’t even explain how big of a smile was on her beautiful face!
