Online schooling has begun!

Due to this pandemic, the schools decided to make our homes a remote learning space for us by starting to assign work to us online. This way, we don’t have any risk of catching COVID-19 from other students. Obviously, there are some pros and cons to this, which is what I would like to talk about today.

Pros!

Because online schooling has changed our way of learning a lot, there are new benefits that come along with our remote learning. It gives us a chance to work at our own pace and get it done without worrying about having to worry about others. It also allows us to work in our style, giving us the chance to be free with the work we are given. So there is much more freedom that comes along with remote learning, however there are also disadvantages to this.

Cons!

One of the main reasons school exists is for the social aspect. It gives us something to look forward to as well as making our communication skills better. You could argue that things like Instagram enable communication, but talking to someone face to face is a very different experience altogether.

Online Schooling is a very different thing for us at this stage, but I feel like once we get used to it, we’ll be okay.
