Book Report: The Lion, The Witch And The Wardrobe

This books author is C.S. Lewis who is most famous for his best selling series, The chronicles of Narnia. I would recommend The lion the witch and the wardrobe to kids because it is a classic fairy tale filled with lots of suspense, betrayal and sorrow. Its a good fairy tale for a bedtime story and kids would love a book like this.

This story takes place when 4 kids flee their parents from a war and go to live with an old man. He lived in a big house with tourists always visiting. The 4 kids played hide and seek and one of them ended somewhere strange by going through a wardrobe. She ends up in a place where there is always winter and an evil witch lies behind this. She tells the other kids and none believe her. The kids talk to the old man and he says that she most likely isnt lying. One other kid goes there and comes back with a whole lot of trouble. Overall, this book is a 10/10 for ages 4 to 12.
